Vienna Noise Orchestra The Vienna Noise Orchestra was founded in 1999 at the Institute ELAK in Vienna. It develops projects in the fields of experimental sound art, performance as well as live electronics and co-operates interdisciplinary among other media with theatre, mode/design, digital and applied art. The Noise Orchestra works and composes collectively and intervenes performatically in different spaces including the city spaces.
